Every home is different, and every situation calls for different solutions. That is why we offer FREE ESTIMATES. You can detail out your project in the form above and even attach photos of the areas you are concerned with; by providing a detailed description and photos, most of the time we can offer you an estimate online! However, if you require a more "hands-on" approach, we would be happy to set an appointment and conduct a walk through with you.
Soft wash simply means that we use our cleaning agents along with a low-pressure rinse to clean your home. Specialty cleaning agents breakdown organic materials (algae, lichens, mold, etc.) and start the cleaning process at the root of the problem. The low-pressure rinse easily removes those deposits and protects your home from unintentional damages. Using high pressure risks forcing water into areas that it shouldn't be in and damaging your exterior siding.
That is completely up to you. Our goal is to provide the best possible service, whether you are home or not. However, we do require payment at the time of service.
